Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GuestFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GuestFlow, Inc.

GuestFlow is a guest management platform designed for YouTube podcasters and content creators. The Service allows you to manage guest relationships, schedule interviews, send email communications, and track your content pipeline.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using GuestFlow, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lineupguests.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others, create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

GuestFlow offers a free Starter plan and paid subscription plans (Creator, Studio). Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free Starter plan. You will not receive a prorated refund for unused time.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam
• Harass, abuse, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

You retain ownership of all content you upload to GuestFlow, including guest data, email templates, and profile information. By using the Service, you grant GuestFlow a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of guest data complies with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any required consents from the individuals whose data you manage.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in accordance with that policy.

GuestFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GuestFlow, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestFlow, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
